Mail Forwarding Services only — 50$ a month

As registered agent of companies we provide the statutory requirements of having registered office services in

the particular jurisdiction where we address orders and letters from the authorities of the registration of

incorporation.

With our mail forwarding service your company would be enrolled in our daily mail processing and any mails or

couriers received on behalf of the company will be highlighted and the client will be automatically notified of the

mail received (where indicated on mail, the details of sender will be provided). The client will then be requested

to confirm the following options:

1. Have the mail open and its content scanned by e-mail to client;

2. Have the mail forwarded to any international address by normal registered air mail — 50$ a month

3. Have the mail forwarded to any international address by express courier service — 150$ a month

Dedicated Phone Number — 50$ a month

We are pleased to offer our clients a dedicated phone number within the jurisdiction of registration;

any calls will be received by one of our professional secretaries in the name of the client’s company and

message forwarded to the client via e-mail.

Dedicated Phone Number + Fax Number (shared) — 100$ a month

Same services as having a dedicated phone line but client would also have a common fax line to use,

any fax will be automatically relayed to the client.

Complete Virtual Office Package — 200$ a month

Obtain the complete — Mail forwarding services, dedicated phone line and fax forwarding services all in

one! All the above mentioned services will be subjected to a virtual office agreement which will be in-place between
